SSI Business Website Template – 1005B

Description

A professional looking business website template with time-saving SSI files to handle all your navigation, CSS drop-down navigation system, and auto updating copyright year.

Using Includes allows you to make changes across your entire site by editing just the Include files.

There is one main template (_template.shtml) which you copy to create all your content and category pages along with one set of time-saving Includes:

• ads.shtml – optional – Banner or Adsense or whatever ads you use.
• footer.shtml – Your copyright message, links and auto-updating copyright year.
• header.shtml – Site Title and Slogan.
• leftnav.shtml – Left Navigation Sidebar.
• rightnav.shtml – Right Navigation Sidebar.
• topnav.shtml – Multi level CSS drop-down navigation system.

Make changes to any of the above Includes any time you want to add a new link to your navigation, change your ads, or experiment with a new site name.

Even though you may have thousands of content pages, editing just the Includes will update your entire site instantly!

The header Include does not contain any metadata which means you can still maintain a unique Title and Description for each page.

This SSI website template is well commented which makes it easy to copy/add/remove content blocks or re-order specific containers.

SSI XHTML Business Minisite

Description

A single column XHTML business minisite template with server side includes for header, footer and auto-updating copyright year.

I noticed that SSI Business Mini Site 01 was being downloaded more times than any other marketing template, so I made this new one to add to the collection. No tables are used for the layout and the clean XHTML/CSS code will make it much easier to use than Busisess Mini Site 01.

The main benefit of using Server Side Includes (SSI) is that no matter how many pages your site has, you can change your entire website headers and footers by editing just two files.
