Yes, that could be a problem. Its probably not freezing that often, but still freezes. I always clean my computer once per week. In the meanwhile, placed a fan directly into the chipset hope i did good. We were talking about temperatures and i was checking something on my mobo and i actually passed my finger on the mobo chipset and it was actually really hot.
The thing here is, my computer keeps freezing really often. You will find that info on the psu label.

Dont really know why is the chipset overheating. Computer keeps freezing and won’t turn on Jul 24, My mouse freezes up and when i’m gaming or something, it freezes up for a couple of seconds and then back to normal again.
